The Finance Division carries out a set of tasks, which are as follows:
Working to organize the salaries of the faculty employees, including teachers and administrators, and raising them to the presidency of the university for the purpose of disbursing them to the beneficiaries.
Working on adding bonuses and promotions within the salary scale in order to disburse them within the payrolls.
Organize journals, disbursement records, documents, and entries related to disbursement operations for the purpose of organizing them documentarily.
Working on saving all the primitives, archiving them in records and saving them in special folders.
Organizing the disbursement operations of the college, and receiving the revenues from the college's activities according to receipts of accounting receipts (73) of documents, objections, issuance of identities and directs to students, and the premiums of parallel undergraduate students, and the installments of postgraduate students from the private expenses, as well as receiving installments from evening students.
The Salaries Unit at the College of Basic Education / Al-Shirqat is part of the Financial Affairs Division, and it performs several important tasks, including:
Organizing the salaries of employees from teachers and administrators and raising them to the presidency of the university for disbursement.
Add bonuses and promotions within the salary scale to ensure that they are disbursed correctly.
Prepare disbursement records and financial documents to ensure the organization of accounting processes.
Keeping and archiving financial priorities in special records.
Organizing the disbursement and revenues of the college, such as the tuition fees of students in primary and postgraduate studies.
The Budget Unit at the College of Basic Education / Al Shirqat is one of the units of the Finance Division, and plays an important role in the management of the college's financial resources. Its tasks include:
Prepare the annual budget of the college in accordance with the academic and administrative requirements.
Organize accounting entries such as bills of entry and exchange, and document them in accurate financial records.
Prepare financial statements including the audit balance, expenses, revenues, and receivables.
Monitoring financial advances and adjusting accounts to ensure financial balance.
Coordinate financial operations with the competent authorities within the university to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
The Warehouse Unit at the College of Basic Education / Al Shirqat is one of the units of the Financial Affairs Division, and plays an important role in the management of the college's materials and supplies. Its tasks include:
Organize the receipt and storage of materials in accordance with the financial and administrative regulations.
Prepare inventory records to ensure accurate follow-up of warehouse supplies.
Coordinating the disbursement processes for the materials required by the academic and administrative departments.
Following up on purchase requests and ensuring the availability of the necessary materials for the college.
Adjust inventory according to financial standards to ensure optimal use of resources.
The Records Unit at the College of Basic Education/Al Shirqat is part of the administrative structure of the college, and plays an important role in documenting and organizing academic and administrative information. Its tasks include:
Manage student records, including admission, registration, and graduation.
Authenticate official documents such as study documents and certificates.
Organize the academic archive to ensure easy access to information.
Follow-up on updating the data of students and faculty members.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of administrative information.
